ApiroApp ("the platform", "we") connects businesses, their teams and their clients in a referral network. Businesses list offers; members share referral links; anyone who receives a link can submit a lead; businesses review leads and pay out rewards under the terms of their own offers.
These terms cover everyone who uses the platform: business owners and their employees, referring members, and members of the public who submit a lead through a public referral link or a mini-offer page, even without creating an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. One person, one account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your province or territory of residence.
When you submit a request through a referral link or a mini-offer page, you are asked to affirmatively agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy before the form can be sent. That checkbox is your consent, under Canadian privacy law, to your contact details and request being collected and shared as described in the Privacy Policy — with the business the link belongs to and, where applicable, the person who referred you.
Rewards for referrers are defined, held and paid out by the participating businesses under their own offer terms, including hold periods, tiers and conversion conditions (e.g. a lead reaching "Sold" status, or the business confirming payment). ApiroApp records the ledger and facilitates payout requests but is not itself a party to the payout — the paying business is.
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails (lead updates, invitations, payout and security notices) needed to run the service. Businesses you are connected to may also send you marketing emails about their offers and promotions; under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) every such message carries a one-click unsubscribe link that stops further marketing email from that business within 10 business days, and no later than 60 days after you click it. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active, since they are how the service itself functions.
Fake leads, self-dealing designed to farm rewards, spam, and misrepresentation of an offer to the public are prohibited and may lead to suspension of an account and forfeiture of held rewards tied to the abuse.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are dated with a new version label; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The version you agreed to when submitting a lead is recorded and kept alongside that lead.
